Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver to Houston, Pasadena, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are calculated based on mileage.
Where is pickup available?
Pickup is available in Pasadena, TX (77504).
How do I book?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event (1 week).
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, subject to availability. Rush orders require confirmation before booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, debit/credit cards via PayPal invoice, and secure payment link.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
-Retainer (50%) is non-refundable.
-Event decorations: may be rescheduled with notice.
-Gift Boxes and Balloon Bouquets: sales are final; may be rescheduled with 3 - 5 days’ notice.
Do you decorate outdoors?
Yes, but subject to weather conditions. Severe weather or “acts of God” may require rescheduling. Once installed, we are not responsible for damage caused by weather.
What about setup and teardown?
Setup requires a minimum of 2 hours (depending on design). Teardown is not included but available for an additional fee.
Are balloons safe for the environment?
Yes. We use 100% biodegradable latex balloons. Always dispose of damaged balloons properly. Never release balloons into the air.
Do the Balloon Gift Boxes include gifts inside?
No. Our Balloon Gift Boxes are empty luxury packaging for you to place your own gifts inside. Balloons and custom decorations can be added at an additional cost.
Can they be placed outdoors?
No. Balloon Gift Boxes are designed for indoor use only.
Can I buy them directly?
Yes. Balloon Gift Boxes (Plain, Letters, Bow) can be purchased directly.
Do the Balloon Gift Boxes include gifts inside?

What do your decorations include?
Balloon installation and styling. Backdrops (wood panels, sequin walls, etc.). Optional neon signs depending on design.
Do you decorate at venues?
Yes. We decorate at homes, venues, and event halls.
What about setup time?
Minimum 2 hours before the event, depending on the complexity.
Is teardown included?
No. Teardown is available at an additional cost.
Do you offer different sizes?
Yes. We create both classic bouquets and giant balloon bouquets
Can they be placed outdoors?
No. Balloon Bouquets are for indoor use only.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sales are final. Orders may be rescheduled with 10–15 days’ notice.
